How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 10-17 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.

We typically take about 3-5 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered. Besides, customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 7-12 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

• Answer:Our order is usually processed within 2 hours (including review of the order, design manuscript, and delivery to the factory). If you want to change the text after purchase, please contact us in time within 2 hours.
• Question 4:How would you make my custom text (including font, character size, text layout, etc.)
• Answer:The font usually defaults to the font on the product picture, and the character size and layout will be appropriately compressed or expanded according to your number of characters. If you have special needs, please leave an order note before purchasing.
• Question 5:My order includes multiple products, why did I only receive one?
• Answer:Due to the specifications and weight of the product, our orders for multiple products may be split for delivery. This means that your package will most likely not be delivered at the same time.
