Shipping policy

This policy explains how Metalscustom handles production, shipping, tracking, and delivery for orders placed through https://metalscustom.com.

1. Order Preparation and Production Time

Metalscustom products are made to order and are produced and dispatched from China. Production begins after payment and all required order details have been confirmed.

Production and handling normally take 3–5 business days. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

United States

After production has been completed, the estimated shipping transit time to the United States is 7–12 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is therefore:

• Production and handling: 3–5 business days

• Shipping transit: 7–12 business days

• Estimated total: 10–17 business days

Other Supported Destinations

For supported destinations outside the United States, the estimated total delivery time is generally 10–21 business days, including production and shipping.

These timeframes are estimates and do not represent guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Destinations and Rates

We ship to the countries and regions available for selection during checkout.

Standard shipping rates for the United States and other supported destinations are:

• Orders below $99: $8.95 standard shipping

• Orders of $99 or more: Free standard shipping

The available destination and final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

Each order can be shipped to only one address. If products need to be delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

4. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We use tracked international shipping services and local delivery carriers. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and available delivery service.

After an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may not become active immediately after the shipping confirmation is issued.

5. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact support@metalscustom.com within 2 hours of placing the order and include your order number and the correct address.

We will try to make the requested change, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be updated after production or shipping preparation has begun.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the applicable reshipping cost. An order delivered to the address provided at checkout is not eligible for a free replacement or refund solely because the address was entered incorrectly.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

• Severe weather

• Public holidays

• Customs processing

• Carrier service interruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Events outside our reasonable control

If your order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please contact us. We will review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier when appropriate.

If the carrier confirms that a shipment was lost in transit, Metalscustom will offer a replacement or refund at no additional charge in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the local carrier before contacting us. We will assist with the available carrier investigation.
