How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 10-17 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.

We typically take about 3-5 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered. Besides, customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 7-12 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?
We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Answer:First confirm whether you have placed an order successfully. If you don’t find the order confirmation or shipping notification, it may be included in the spam email.

Answer:Click the logistics order number in the order shipping notification and open the web page to view the latest logistics trends of the order.
Question 3:Can I change the custom text after placing an order?
Answer:Our order is usually processed within 2 hours (including review of the order, design manuscript, and delivery to the factory). If you want to change the text after purchase, please contact us in time within 2 hours.
Question 4:How would you make my custom text (including font, character size, text layout, etc.)
Answer:The font usually defaults to the font on the product picture, and the character size and layout will be appropriately compressed or expanded according to your number of characters. If you have special needs, please leave an order note before purchasing.
Question 5:My order includes multiple products, why did I only receive one?
Answer:Due to the specifications and weight of the product, our orders for multiple products may be split for delivery. This means that your package will most likely not be delivered at the same time.
Question 6:What should I do if I receive a damaged order?
Answer:When you contact us, please remember to attach a photo of the damaged product.

Question 8:What should I do if I suddenly find that the information filled in when placing an order is wrong? (Including address, name, contact information, etc.)
Answer:First of all, please contact us in time, if you are told that the order has been delivered to the logistics company and we cannot change the recipient’s address and other information.
