How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?

All our products are made to order and are produced and dispatched from China. Production begins shortly after payment is confirmed and the order is processed. Customers in the United States can normally expect to receive their orders within 10–17 business days, including production and shipping time.

We typically take about 3-5 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered. Besides, customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 7-12 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

• Answer:Our order is usually processed within 2 hours (including review of the order, design manuscript, and delivery to the factory). If you want to change the text after purchase, please contact us in time within 2 hours.

• Answer:The font usually defaults to the font on the product picture, and the character size and layout will be appropriately compressed or expanded according to your number of characters. If you have special needs, please leave an order note before purchasing.
• Question 5:My order includes multiple products, why did I only receive one?
• Answer:Due to the specifications and weight of the product, our orders for multiple products may be split for delivery. This means that your package will most likely not be delivered at the same time.
