Answer:Our order is usually processed within 2 hours (including review of the order, design manuscript, and delivery to the factory). If you want to change the text after purchase, please contact us in time within 2 hours.
Question 4:How would you make my custom text (including font, character size, text layout, etc.)
Answer:The font usually defaults to the font on the product picture, and the character size and layout will be appropriately compressed or expanded according to your number of characters. If you have special needs, please leave an order note before purchasing.
Question 5:My order includes multiple products, why did I only receive one?
Answer:Due to the specifications and weight of the product, our orders for multiple products may be split for delivery. This means that your package will most likely not be delivered at the same time.
